三结合文凭，你打教委电话，教委说不是 国民教育。不承认。
98年的学历没有登上学信网（准确的说是不能零散查询），各个学校查不到，所以不认可你的学历。
你可以到本地人才中心咨询一下，一般各地人才都代办学历认证，只要获得了上海市教委的认证报告，学校就没有理由拒绝了。
